SD23 crawler bulldozer adopts advanced technologies, including hydraulic drive, hydraulic control, electronic monitoring, and high capacity blade, and is fitted with ROPS, hexahedron cab with good visual field, air conditioning system, and ergonomic control system, featuring reasonable structure, advanced performances, and simple operations.

1.The high power Cummins NT855-C280S10 with high-efficiency turbocharger is equipped to expand the high-efficiency working zone of engine and achieve lower fuel consumption.

2.The mature and stable hydraulic torque converter, the high reliability power shift transmission, and two-stage spur gear final drive feature high power transmission efficiency and high durability.

3.The engine can run normally and reliably under all load conditions and all hot environments required by the user, without overheating.

4.The full box-type main frame features high carrying capacity against impact load and bending moment, in which the application of high performance materials and high strength castings makes the main frame stronger and the high quality welds guarantee the life cycle of the main frame.

5.The advanced fuel-saving hydraulic circuit features low energy consumption and convenient maintenances, with the working pressure up to 19.1MPa.

6.The integrally injection molded instrument panel features beautiful modeling and realize the automatic diagnosis and whole-process monitoring for the malfunctions in domestic market.

7.The chassis system features powerful traction and durability and high adaptability and stability under various complicated working conditions.

8.In accordance with ergonomic principles, the gearshift, steering, and accelerator controls are arranged on the left side of the driver, with the adoption of flexible shaft mechanism. The working device controls are centrally arranged on the right side of the driver with adoption of servo control system, featuring light and flexible controls.

9.The standard straight tilting blade features powerful cutting force and durability, with optional U-blade at the user's choice. The single-shank ripper features adjustable penetrating angle and powerful penetrating force, with optional three-shank ripper and traction frame at the user's choice.
